Justice is one of the main principles that must be realized in human life on earth. No human can live without being treated fairly. In the legal system, justice is one of the main objectives to be achieved. The Pancasila Law State that applies in the Republic of Indonesia has a noble concept, called Social Justice. The concept of Social Justice in the legal status of Pancasila is often not fully implemented in the laws that apply in Indonesia. As a result, many Indonesians still do not get good service from the state, especially related to the economic, social and distribution of the nation's wealth. that social justice in the State of Pancasila Law is a complete and comprehensive concept of justice, which covers all sectors of national life that must be carried out by all citizens of the nation, especially the government, so that everyone can enjoy justice in the life of the body and soul, which covers all aspects of life and to obtain resources and services fairly based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, while legal products produced in the state of Pancasila law are obliged to always refer to the source rather than the source principle of the law, namely Pancasila. One of them, in this case is manifested in legal products that are the principle of social justice and finally Islam is religion justice.
